Manchester United Manager, Ruben Amorim, spoke of the lack of club signatures in the January transfer window which has just disappeared.
The Portuguese tactician tried to focus more on the team he has at his disposal now, although he was asked about the risk of letting some experienced players leave without replacing them.
The UTD man lost Marcus Rashford, Antony and Tyrell Malacia this winter, but only Patrick Dorgu and Ayden Heaven joined the club – two young players relatively inexperienced and not proven.
See below as Amorim discusses it during his last press conference, admitting that United has committed “errors” on the market in recent years, but that he remains eager to change this team and bring another type of Player profile …

Amorim will naturally be eager to put his own stamp on this team, with so many of these current players who have been brought by his predecessor Erik Ten Hag.
Ruben Amorim seems ready to suffer before Man United improves
United has not improved much since Amorim took over, but it seems that the former sports director of Lisbon is aware that it is a work that will take some time.
The MUFC has undergone many changes since the retirement of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013, and there is no doubt that Murim is right on certain errors.
It could still be that Morim returns things once he will have more of his own signatures, but it probably means that calm January will make life a little more difficult for him in the short term.
Even if doing business in the middle of the season is not ideal, and often very difficult, we imagine that Murim must feel slightly frustrated that he cannot have a little more to work for the coming months.
