Brazil dismissed the Dorival Junior coach following his flows in the hands of Argentina in 2026 World Qualification Cup.
The Selecao lost 4-1 against their arc rivals in Buenos Aires on Tuesday, causing Dorival speculation would be relieved of its functions.
And the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) confirmed his departure in a brief statement on Friday.
He said: “The Brazilian Football Confederation announces that the Dorival coach Júnior will no longer be in charge of the Brazilian national team.
“The advice thanks the professional and wishes him success in his career continues. From now on, the CBF will work to find a replacement. ”

Dorival pays the price of the form of lamentable Brazil
The defeat against Argentina marked a Nadir in a rotten race for Brazil, which has only seen them winning one of their last five games.
