Our last series of rain storms passed (we had five inches of rain, Yay!) So that I could return to my regular exercise routine with longer rides, and it was great. As I mentioned in my last post, I obtained the green light from my doc to resume strength training, so I did that on Thursday, and I liked to come back to it. I made longer and more difficult journeys Tuesday and yesterday, difficult but fun. The other days, I made easier rides.
I had gained weight during the period when I had a bad sciatica push that made me reduce the exercise a lot. I’m happy to work back now, and I can’t wait to go back to my “combat weight” in a few more weeks.
