Ryan Garcia was training today in the gymnasium with his trainer, Eddy Reynoso, showing his speed in his hand and his powerful left hook on the reflex bag. Garcia (24-1, 20 kos) is preparing for his fight again for cancellation against Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero in May.
Left hook focus
Garcia seems to weigh in the 160s and do not fight yet. His match against Rolly is supposed to be by Welter weight, so he doesn’t have much weight to lose to 147. Ryan’s left hook is still as powerful. Rolly (16-2, 13 KB) will have to be much more defensive in this fight than he showed during his defeat in Ko in Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz last year on March 30 if he does not want Stop.
It was reported that Garcia against Romero will take place on May 2 in New York, but he was not formalized. If this date sticks, Ryan will be released from a 13 -month -off time since his last fight against Devin Haney on April 20. Garcia was suspended for a year by the New York State Sports Commission to test positive for a PED.
“The best to the left of the world. Today, Ryan was at his best. Calm and collective but always dangerous in terms of boxing. Here it is, hitting the fierce reflex bag at full power and speed. Autons goo! “Said Henry Garcia on Instagram.
Garcia’s development struggle against Rolly will prepare him for a revenge match with Devin Haney in October. Turki Alashikh puts this fight. Haney will be on the Ryan sub-card in May with a warm-up fight.
Ryan is no longer with coach Derrick James. He replaced it with Reynoso, but we don’t know why. He had done well with James, but perhaps being with Reynoso, it is better because of the training location in Southern California. In addition, Reynoso trains Canelo Alvarez, and it will motivate Ryan to be in the superstar.
