The White House and the Kremlin both declared that they had agreed to start the “immediately” negotiations to make a more complete ceasefire. A Russian reading of the Kremlin call said that a key condition for working on conflict resolution “should be the complete cessation of foreign military aid and the supply of information information to kyiv”. Reading the White House did not contain this information or Mr. Trump’s response.
