Lisa Whelchel wants to put the facts directly on what has really happened to restart “facts of life”.
The actress spoke to Closer every week A year after the Co-Star Mindy Cohn said that the plans collapsed thanks to a “B — B —-.”
“We were all very, very disappointed that it did not work,” said the 61 -year -old, who played Blair Warner, at the point of sale.

A year later, Cohn was on “Jeff Lewis Live” by Sirius XM, where she revealed that a “B —- Gourmet was to blame for the restart of implementation plans.
Cohn explained that after the success of an ABC special, “Live Fant of A Studio Public: The Facts of Life and Different Strokes”, in 2021, which presented a recreation of the stars of the episodes of the two programs, including Jennifer Aniston in the role of Whelchel, Lear tightened the casting.

We asked the star of “Palm Royale” who was the “B —-” Gourmet among her co-stars-Whelchel, Kim Fields or Nancy McKeon.
Cohn refused to say, but suggested that her Instagram contained the answer, noting with whom she spends time and with whom she is not clear.
The hosts continued to try to guess, but they said that Cohn would not move.

At the end of the show, a caller suggested that it was Whelchel, based on combing via Instagram from Cohn. Cohn joked that it was George Clooney, who appeared in the show at the start of his career.
At the time, Cohn shared birthday messages in Fields and McKeon but not in Whelchel on his Instagram. Representatives of Whelchel, McKeon, Fields and Cohn did not respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.

A few days after Cohn’s interview, Whelchel published a promo for his program MetV, “Collector’s Call”. Some fans have sounded with their support for his speculation on whom the restart collapsed.

On “Jeff Lewis Live”, Cohn said that she accepted that the renewal had not been decorated.
“No one wants to see us now,” she said. “Do you know what’s cute? They want to see where you are now. They don’t want a show about it. Be honest.”
“He should stay where he is,” said Cohn. “… I think it’s so good where it is … this thing should remain enveloped.”

In 2022, Whelchel spoke to Fox News Digital of a possible restart.
“It’s a wonderful trip in the past,” she said at the time. “… We talked about a reinvention of” facts of life “and to bring it back. [that] I would love to see a little more acceptance of what reality looks like for a woman in her forties. “”

Whelchel noted that she wanted to give a realistic representation of her character sailing on life today.
“You are just more soft, and it’s really difficult to lose weight, no matter what you do,” she said. “Unless you want to devote your life to work four hours a day and eat celery sticks, you are going to look like a middle -aged woman. And I don’t want to hide. I don’t want to feel less than.”
“Actors and actresses on television and films have personal coaches and personal leaders,” she continued. “They devote their lives to looking at a certain way. I would like to look a little more realistic. And I am proud of my trip.”

“The Facts of Life” was broadcast from 1979 to 1988 on NBC, going from the series “Diff’rent Strokes”, both created by Lear. The sitcom has remained popular and loved over the years, during syndication for years on several networks.
In 2001, most of the actors met for the TV movie “The Facts of Life Reunion” on ABC. The only disappeared member was McKeon, who had conflicts with his work on the television series for life “The Division”.
