The statement was to be released at 4 am in Washington, DC, and 11 a.m. in Moscow, two of the sources said.

The French news agency AFP reports that a Ukrainian source says that Ukrainian and American officials held another series of talks in Riyadh on Tuesday. “We are still working with the Americans,” a member of the Ukrainian delegation told a small media group, AFP.
A Russian negotiator told the TASS state news agency on Tuesday that Moscow would continue “useful” talks with the United States on the Ukrainian conflict and seek to involve the UN and the other nations, according to AFP.
Grigory Karasin would have said: “We talked about everything, it was an intense dialogue, not easy, but very useful for us and the Americans”, adding that “many problems were discussed” for 12 hours of negotiations in a luxury hotel.

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said on Sunday on “Faced with the nation with Margaret Brennan“That a ceasefire on air infrastructure entered into force immediately after President Trump’s call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The next time on the agenda was a sea ceremony to allow the cereal, fuel and other goods movement,” he said.
“And then we will talk about the control line, which is the real front lines, and this comes into the details of the verification mechanisms, peacekeeping, the freezing of the lines where they are. And then, of course, the wider and permanent peace,” said Waltz.
Although separate talks have continued between American and Ukrainian and Russian officials, the two countries at war are continuing to start attacks.
