Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? We have an NCL event, two birthday parties and we meet friends at the swimming pool for dinner. I also relax with my IHP 3 studies, I therefore plan to make a major catch -up.
(Nothing like a decamped Americano and a gluten -free donut)
It’s already in the 90s here, but I love it a little. So ready for summer. I hope you spend an upcoming fun weekend!
Last week was our Carmina Burana performance and it was epic. (Consult the article here And a small clip of our practice of choir.) It was such a gift to be surrounded by so many talented musicians and the place was full; Almost completely exhausted for the Sunday show. The pilot brought the children on Friday and Madre and Nani came to the show on Sunday. Liv also had a dance competition in the same place, so I was Mrs. Doubtfire, between the performance of the nice and the life of a dance mom.
It’s time for the Faviday Weekly favorites Day! This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the comments section below.

Mode + beauty + random:
This week was our first official week of Homeschooling P. (Liv is happy and prosperous at the school to which she transmitted in January.) I work on a blog article with all the details – it will be in place on Tuesday – but it is even better than what I expected. We are able to spend quality time together, to learn and also have the freedom to adjust the plan if necessary. I have never intended to be a mom at home, but I love her so far.
Every day, we work on reading, writing, mathematics and we are walking. We add scientific experiences, cooking, art, Spanish and social studies / geography throughout the week. I definitely fly near the siege of my pants, but I am so big for the other mothers of the school at home who plunged to help me with advice and programs ideas!

I just wanted to share this client’s victory for the week! This client was in a weight loss tray and struggled with inflammation, joint pain and dry eyes. We have played in the long game, starting with functional tests to determine the imbalances, rebalance your body, work on the regulation of the nervous system and repair your metabolism with an inverted diet.
She made her way to a cut, and now eat the same amount of calories as we were starting to work together, losing weight, thumbs, improving her body composition, stronger with her training, and the problems of the eyes and the joint pain is nonexistent. She absolutely crushes her and it was incredible to see her progress.
