I have finished my series of antibiotics and I have been asymptomatic for a few days now, so the last couple for days, I have been able to train for longer and with a higher intensity and it was great. Yesterday, I had a long fast cruise of just under three hours. The only problem was that it was warmer than I did, so I became a little dehydrated, which did not feel much later but I restored myself. It is always important to hydrate yourself enough for me to look at this in the future. It is probably time to go into “summer mode” and take ice water in my hydration bags. Aside from this little problem, the training has been good lately. I just have to avoid being too enthusiastic and exaggerated, which could weaken my sciatica.
