Hi friends! How is the week ?? It was good here. I have some meetings today and I can’t wait to see a discreet evening at home. I finished a round of the Detox And I appreciated all the fresh and colorful foods I ate.
Today, I wanted to discuss a bit of the Buddha bowls and one of my recipes of choice for salad dressings. I do this almost every week and I love to have it on hand.

This Buddha Bowl vinaigrette is the perfect balance between tangy, salty and slightly sweet flavors. It is simple to make, gluten -free and can be stored in the refrigerator up to a week. Whether you prepare meals or you would make a fresh bowl, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari for gluten -free option)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of maple or honey syrup
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of Tahini
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Sriracha splash

This salted and spicy vinaigrette is perfect for salads or a bowl of Buddha: a combo of roasted and raw vegetables, crunchy toppings, cereals and proteins
