While we are entering week 4 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge, it is important to stay motivated and focus on your goals so as not to go out or abandon! Summer is fast approaching, so let’s be consistent!
5 tips to help you stay on the track and motivate:
1. Verification of objectives
If you made goals at the start of the SSD, put them back and make sure you stay focused on making them! You can always update them to best adapt to your desires and your needs, but to stay there.
Whether it is to lose a certain amount of weight or improve your endurance, make sure that your objectives are realistic and achievable within the period of the rest of the challenge.
2. Stay coherent
Coherence is essential when it comes to seeing the results. Make sure you stick to your training program and your meal plan, even on the days you don’t want to. Remember that each small effort is added to great long -term progress.
Summer is fast approaching and you thank yourself for moving your body even when you don’t want to lie on a beach somewhere tropical;)
3. Verification of the responsibility group
Having a support system can make a difference in a fitness challenge. Whether it is a training boyfriend, a friend who shares your objectives or your SSD liability group, be sure to check with them because we are halfway through Slim Down!

4. Mix your training sessions
Keep interesting things while trying different types of training in our movement application throughout the challenge. This prevents not only boredom, but also helps to target different muscle groups and prevent the sets. From cardio to strength training through yoga, mix it to keep your body in challenge.
5. Celebrate the small victories
Do not forget to celebrate your progress along the way. Whether it is to hit a new personal record for your training sequence, stick to your meal plan for a week in a row or simply feel more energetic, take the time to recognize and celebrate your little victories. This will help you keep motivated and focused on your ultimate goal.
Remember that the Spring Slim Down Challenge is a trip, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay positive and above all, do not give up. You have that!
