A flight from Southwest Airlines to Los Cabos, Mexico, returned Thursday morning at an airport in Texas after a reported engine problem.
Flight 3006, transporting 134 passengers, landed safely at William P. Hobby airport in Houston, according to a press release from Southwest Airlines.
After the incident, the crew followed the procedures and helped the passengers to evacuate the plane on the Tarmac, according to the Southwest.

Customers will be taken to their final destination from Cabo San Lucas to Los Cabos, Mexico, the airline said.
“We appreciate the professionalism of our driving crew to respond to this situation,” Southwest said in the press release. “Nothing is more important for the South West than the security of our customers and our employees.”

Tuesday, a flight from Frontier Airlines from Florida to Puerto Rico experienced a problem during landing at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Puerto Rico.
Frontier Flight 5306, an Airbus A321, landed with 228 passengers when he experienced a “mechanical problem” which resulted in a break in his landing gear, the Puerto Rican newspaper El Nuevo Dia reported.

The flight investigator Luis Irizarry told Porto Rico WAPA-TV It appeared that a young co -pilot was driving the plane during the incident and a captain took over to land safely.

Airlines Frontier told Fox News Digital the flight of Orlando to San Juan “experienced a hard landing on arrival”.
“The plane landed safely and there was no injury to passengers or crew,” said Frontier. “The incident is the subject of an investigation.”
