American immigration and customs (ICE) agents led a raid on the work site during a car washing in Philadelphia which led to the arrest of seven illegal immigrants, the agency announced.
Ice confirmed that they had carried out an operation to apply the sites on January 28 in Autowash full in Philadelphia on the basis of allegations according to which the employees were subject to the exploitation of the work.
The agency said the ice agents had met, interviewed and arrested seven illegal foreigners for immigration violations, who were then detained while waiting for withdrawal.

Among the people arrested, Ice confirmed that six came from Mexico and one was from the Dominican Republic.

Ice arrested more than 7,400 people in nine days in several states in the midst of its aggressive repression against illegal immigration since the new Trump administration came into office.

According to a compilation of the daily totals of the arrests, on January 31, Ice has so far arrested 7,412 people who, according to the agency, are in the country illegally. The agency says nearly 6,000 ice prisoners have been placed on individuals.
