An Indiana police officer is accused of having forced his six -year -old daughter to stay outside at icy temperatures holding a sign threatening her brother as a punishment to pout because she was not allowed to wear a lip brilliance.
Logansport police officer Cody Scott and his wife Kylie Scott were both accused of two negligence leaders for criminal children. The officer was also on leave, WTHR reported.
On January 19, when he was only 18 degrees outside, a witness observed the girl standing outside with the panel and called 911.
“I want to stab and kill my brother – I even take an antipsychotic – if you need to give a shame – then give it to the victims,” said the sign.

But Scott responded to the scene – with his supervisor – and spoke to the witness concerned.
“This baby is held here in the freezing cold with a sign,” said the appellant to Scott, has shown images of body cameras, according to WTHR.
Scott admitted to being responsible for the treatment of the girl, but defended her actions.
“Yeah, she goes out here every 30 minutes, and she comes back inside every 10 minutes to warm up,” he said.
While they were talking, an “older man” stopped and also expressed his concerns for the girl, asking Scott why she had to stay in the cold with the threatening sign.

“Well, sir, apart from me, the fighter cruelly physically, I did not do any other punishment that worked for her,” said Scott.
“She threatened to kill my family, she wants to embarrass us, she wants to urinate about herself and destroy things in the house. I have a [Department of Child Services] The social worker involved, she has been in therapy for three years, she also has the program to restore school, “he added.
Scott told the 911 appellant that his daughter was taken to the hospital twice but had been “expelled”.
“I threatened not to look for her,” said Scott to the appellant, noting that he had given in after being warned that the Ministry of Children’s Services would be informed of the abandonment if he had not recovered it.
Scott’s wife later told investigators that their daughter had been forced to hold the sign because she had poured when she was told that she couldn’t wear lip shiny.
But it was not the first time that the girl had to hold a sign.

The girl’s social worker said that in an incident, his parents made him carry a sign at school who said: “I pee all and I cover it like a cat.” Her school also pointed out that she had been forced to wear a panel to Walmart who said: “I lie to hurt the others”.
The girl’s parents admitted that she was suffering from behavioral disorders who need medication, which, according to an investigator, seemed to be an attempt by parents to justify their actions. But the investigator said this admission could worsen alleged crime.
Wednesday, the Logansport Board of Public Works voted to place Scott on leave without salary during the duration of the survey.
The Logansport police chief said he put Scott on leave and had survey the Indiana state police in the hours “after the incident in January.
