California’s best legal authority is going forward in a thrust to rid the condition of casino games.
The prosecutor General Rob Bonta will present an opinion that would make all the fantastic sports platforms illegal online in California, KCRA-TV reported.
The Golden State is not the first American state to propose legislation that would eliminate the support or promotion of online casinos which operate in the way of competitions.

Louisiana and New York presented proposals on the subject, while Connecticut and Montana have promulgated laws that prohibit online fantastic sports operations.

The California Nations of Indian Gaming Association and the Tribal Alliance of Sovereign Indian Nationals would have warned California legislators earlier this week about certain fantastic sports operators who potentially push to change their legal status in the state.

According to KCRA-TV, the opinion of the California Ministry of Justice will probably be made public before the July 4 holidays.

“We hope that the prosecutor’s office will examine the views of sports fans through the state before making a decision,” the coalition said in a statement at the station. “The Californians have been playing fantastic daily sports games for more than a decade, and it is shocking to think that the state would suddenly remove them.”

Fantastic sports in California date back at least in the early 2000s. It remains to be seen how industry results of several billion dollars could be affected if legislation prohibiting fantastic online sports is promulgated.
