Paris Hilton speaks out about the Palisades fire
Hilton reacted to the heartbreaking news of the Los Angeles wildfires. X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday January 8. The reality TV star and singer shared a lengthy, emotional message, revealing that her family’s Malibu home was completely destroyed. Additionally, the heiress shared that her Malibu home was where she dreamed her two children would have lasting memories.
“Heartbroken beyond words 💔 Sitting with my family, watching the news and seeing our house in Malibu burn to the ground on live television is something no one should ever have to experience.😢 This house is the place where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took its first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London. Hilton wrote.
Additionally, Paris Hilton said her thoughts were with everyone affected by the devastating Palisades fire. Despite her own loss, she also mentioned that her charity 11:11 would step in to help those in need and those who have lost everything.
“My 11:11 a.m. The Media Impact team is already reaching out to nonprofits today to determine how to best support communities impacted by these fires. We are committed to providing help as quickly as possible and making a meaningful difference for those who need it most,” Hilton continued.

Another fire broke out across California on Wednesday evening, this time in the Runyon Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills. CBS News reports that massive flames quickly spread through the area, with the sunset fire starting just after 5:30 p.m. PST on Wednesday, January 8.
