Hi friends! Happy Friday! What do you have this weekend? It’s Rodeo Break (it’s an AZ thing and I love it), so children are out of school. We just appreciate the adventures of Tucson, we have fun with friends and enjoying this spring weather. Sending the sun to my glacial friends now!
I make a round of the Equilife detox at the moment And feel incredible. I planned to start our community in January, but everyone in the house fell ill with a cold / virus, so I stopped after a day. I needed to focus on immunity and I was able to stay healthy while I took care of everyone.
Now that retirement is over and things are a little quieter, it was a good opportunity to get started for 14 days. You can find out more about my previous detoxeal experiences here. This focuses on high nutrients and a lot of fresh and whole foods, so it is quite easy to stick to this. (Deserves to be mentioned here that I jump on fasting days.)
It’s time for the Faviday Weekly favorites Day! This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the commens section below.
2.21 Friday Faves
Mode + beauty + random:
Steak! This is one of our favorite local events, and the funds support veterans and the families of the military. They have a live auction (they sold one Tesla at auction this year, which was quite cool!) And a silent auction, a delicious dinner (the seafood zone this year was the Amaaaaazing) , drinks. And dance. I still love a small opportunity to get dressed and party with the pilot and friends.
The dress was a discovery of last -minute dillant:
Some photos!
Amazon has so many superb dresses and spring sets right now. I’m going to make a post next week, but here are a few on which I have my eye:
This 3D floral embroidery dress
A somaliers from Somerset in so many colors
This magnificent printed dress
This dress looks much more expensive than it is
I have that in black and it’s so flattering and perfect for many occasions
Gives me zimmermann vibrations
Read, look, listen:
If you like historical fiction, it was a recent reading of 10/10.
They have adult ballet lessons at Liv studio and I was thinking of going there …
The value of doing nothing in a hyperproductive world.
Fitness, health and good dishes:
I just ordered more of my favorite decamous coffee.
A breakfast so easy to make and the children love it too.
