In an overwhelming blow for the player and the club, the brilliant winger of Man United, Amad Diallo, confirmed that he would be injured for a while.
It had already been reported that Kobbie Mainoo was excluded for weeks, Manuel Ugarte and Toby Collyer also play at the very least in the Sunday afternoon match against Tottenham.

Then came more reports on an injury to Amad Diallo which could end his season.
All hope that Man United fans had news being inaccurate were quickly dissipated by the player himself.

Having allowed Marcus Rashford and Antony to go to the January transfer window, Ruben Amorim will undoubtedly have to turn to the Man United Academy to give momentum to his attack.
No return date known for Amad Diallo
Only Everton and the three lower clubs; Ipswich Town, Leicester City and Southampton, scored less than the goals of Red Devils 28 in the Premier League, so the loss of Amad will surely be felt.
This is still another difficult situation for the new man in charge of having to manage, in a season which goes from bad to worse.
For example, a match between Man United and Tottenham was a classic English high flight between two teams regularly in the top six.
Sunday’s match will see United pass to the 12th at best if they earn the three points, and it is a sad indictment as to the distance they fell.
