If Canelo-Crawford is roughly superficial and insane junky entertainment without sporty value, there are better fights than this to serve the objective. Recruit someone with an exciting style to put with Canelo for a circus fight. How about taking Artur Beterbiev and using it as Canelo’s opponent for a “big fight”, as Turki calls them?
Just feed Canelo in Beterbiev and let the show start. Fans would appreciate the product much more than watching Crawford run around the ring against Canelo. Again, I wonder how Turki knows about boxing. If he was a real hardcore fan, he would know that Crawford is dull of the mind.
