Hi friends! How is the day so far away? I hope you have an incredible! I teach a bar lesson and I look forward to that the pilot is coming home. He did an air training (once again since he has returned commercially after his retirement from the army) and it is a bit chaotic here.
For today’s post, I wanted to share this updated pvolve message. I fell in love with P. After several years, I love their brand change and I am so excited to see studios arise in the United States. Pvolve is an excellent difficult training without being too high or intense, especially if you are on a healing trip.

Pvolve exam and if it is worth it
Context on pvolve
Pvolve is different from everything I have ever tried .. and I was around the fitness block lol. It is an original idea of two remarkable individuals, Stephen Pasterino and Rachel Katzman. Stephen, the fitness guru behind the method, created P. Volve after years of research and experience. Its objective was to provide a fitness solution that transforms not only your body but also improves functionality and prevents injuries.
Stephen Pasterino: Stephen has a training in kinesiology and functional moving. Its mission was to develop training that not only sculpts muscles but also improves the way your body moves.
Rachel Katzman: Rachel, co-founder and CEO, brought her business sense to the mixture. His vision was to create an accessible fitness program focused on the results that could meet the unique needs and lifestyles of people.
The pair was previously together and has shared ways, Rachel now a total control over Pvolve. Stephen went to do his own thing! Although I absolutely like the format he helped to create, he was not my favorite as an instructor. I loved his method, but I found it quite low energy.
The P. Volve method
P. VOLVE is built on the basis of functional physical condition, a concept that goes beyond the aesthetic aspects of training. It is a question of training your body to perform better in daily life, to improve your movement models and to reduce the risk of injury. The method involves controlled and precise movements which engage several muscle groups simultaneously.
Advantages of P. Volve:
Functional fitness: P. VOLVE focuses on functional movements that imitate daily activities, which can make you stronger for real tasks. It can also help eliminate modified movement models, which can cause injuries.
Low impact: This training is soft for joints, which makes it suitable for a wide range of individuals, including those with previous injuries.
Customizable: P. VOLVE offers a variety of training and equipment, allowing you to adapt your fitness routine to your objectives and at fitness level.
Live lessons: If you do not live near a studio, you can follow virtual lessons live from their instructors every day. I took a few lessons live and they were super interactive; The instructor corrected the form if you had your camera. (Shoutout in Dani, who is my favorite instructor)
Body transformation: Many users report improved muscle tone, better posture and increased overall strength.
Disadvantages of P. Volve:
Equipment required: While you can do it P. Exercises without equipment, to fully engage with the program, you will need specialized equipment which may require an additional investment. The equipment includes a P ball, which is like a small ball of pilates with an adjustable resistance band loop,
A p band (resistance strip with two elastic loops at the end to use on wrists or ankles)
Gliders,
and an inclination board.
You can filter the training sessions on the platform depending on the equipment you have. I have just recently Adding equipment to my collection And that has definitely widened the amount of lessons that I can follow.
You can consult all the packages here!
They also have a new travel pack that you can consult here.
Online access: P. VOLVE mainly offers its training sessions via an online platform, which may not be ideal if you prefer lessons in person. Studios appear everywhere in the United States, so if you live in one. Larger city, keep an eye!
Learning curve: Some users find that it takes time to get used to unique movements and techniques of P. Volve. They are definitely a little different from traditional squats and slits, in particular exercises that include standing movements with internal rotation, which is rare to see in the world of fitness.
Intensity: If you are looking for a high intensity training that leaves you soaked, P. Volve may not be your first choice.
Experience P. Volve
Here is what you can expect in a class:
1. Conscious movements: P. Volve is a question of precision. Each movement is carefully designed to activate specific muscles and promote joint mobility. You will find yourself focusing on the subtleties of each exercise, connecting your mind to your body in a unique way. It also includes the work of breathing, with strong expirations on movements.
2. Low impact, high intensity: Do not confuse a low impact with low intensity. P. Flight training can be misleading. The controlled and deliberate movements engage your muscles in a way that you may not have known before. After my first training with the P.Ball, my legs were so painful!
3. Variety of equipment: P. VOLVE offers a range of equipment, patented P.Ball patented ball resistance bands. These tools add variety and resistance to your training, allowing you to progress as your strength improves.
4. Personalized approach: Whether you are a passionate about experienced fitness or a beginner, P. Volve adapts to your needs. You can customize your training to align yourself with your fitness level and your goals. You can also modify or progress the exercises according to your needs.

Studio P. Volve Review classes
I had the opportunity to take live pvolve lessons in San Diego and Scottsdale now. Although I think online options are super practical, there is a magic in live fitness lessons. The studios were so beautiful and I had incredible training. I have the impression that the two lessons I followed were extremely different, we did new exercises for me, and I left by feeling challenged, energized and not exhausted.
Should you P. Volve?
P. VOLVE offers a refreshing gap in relation to the unique approach to physical form. It is a training designed to improve the way you move, emphasizing features and overall strength. In addition, its low impact nature makes it accessible to fitness lovers in different phases of their trip.
