This is why Myfitnesspal has teamed up with Sarah Michelle Gellar for the launch of the meal planner. This is a new way to build easy and satisfactory meal plans – starting the most important meal of the day (breakfast).
Inside the meal planner, you will find some of Sarah’s reference recipes, including this: Sarah Michelle Gellar’s night oats. It is a breakfast without cooking that is mainly done while you sleep, so you can wake up with something less to conquer. (Morning chaos, we look at you).
