Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? We don’t have a ton of plans – just a dinner with friends and p has a basketball match. It is rainy and cold here, so I can’t wait to crawl in the sauna blanket And watch a movie. Thank you very much for all your excitement about the healing code. I had discovery calls all week and I loved talking with so many of you, learning more about your health goals, and I am so excited to work with many of you to feel your best. You can know more here.
It’s time for the Faviday Weekly favorites Day! This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the commens section below.
3.7 Friday Faves
Mode + beauty + random:
This Amazon set. It’s super similar to my Spanx air essentials set. The fabric is a little thinner, but always soft and dreamy, and excellent quality for the price. They also have a ton of colors!
I want this swimsuit. Does anyone have it?
Goodies Oliveda! I was surprised this week with a hat and two shirts from the company. The products are so good and the company was completely incredible. I was sad about Beautycounter’s benefits, but I really believe that everything happens for a reason, because that is what led me to Oliveda. If you are not sure of the products to try first, all my favorites are there!
I recovered some of the professional photos of Beefsteak! It was such a fun evening.
Lumebox I will be here today and I am so pumped to try it.
Read, look, listen:
Adding this to my reading list for some nostalgic stuffed animals.
If you have missed the opening of the Oscars, that’s it!
Fitness, health and good dishes:
Make a baby meal this week! Even if the pilot is retired, I am still on the Squadron email lists, so I will continue to register for meals as long as they have left me. 😉 This week, we brought rice (with a zest of mint and lemon), a salad with the best balsamic vinaigrette, vine leaves, grilled chicken, homemade houmous, tzakziki of TJ, falafel, pita and a peanut butter pie. (<- I also did this with coconut cream, Kite Hill cream cheese and Oreo GF and It.is.a.dream.))
Not a favorite: these bars. The ingredients are fantastic but they had tasted a bit on the sour / rancid side. If you are looking for new bars, I highly recommend these,, theseOr these.
Prosper the transport of the market. Makes life so much easier.
I call it Spring, which means you have to make this pie.
Thank you very much for stopping in the blog today! Have an incredible weekend and I will see you soon!
xoxo
