Friday’s gift was organized by Farmerjawn, a Pennsylvania farm of 128 acres (52 hectares) which focuses on the supply of biological foods to poorly served communities. “We give this egg gift because, as food producers, we believe that it is our responsibility to support the communities that support us,” the group said in a written declaration. He joined a local butcher’s shop and a New York farm in the northern state to organize Friday events.
