Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, a democrat, said on Saturday that he was joking when he made a comment last week to make Tesla and his CEO Elon Musk for the recent downward trend in the Stock Exchange.
Walz tried to clarify his comments during a town hall in Rochester, Minnesota.
“This guy bothers me in a way that is probably unhealthy,” said Walz, referring to Musk. “I have to be careful to be a smarta -. I was making a joke. These people have no sense of humor. They are the most literal people.”
“But my point was, they are all crazy, and I said something that I should probably not have on a business,” he continued.

“Some of you know it. On the iPhone, they have this little stock application. I added Tesla to give me a little boost during the day – $ 225 and fall,” said Walz. “And if you have one, we don’t blame you. You can remove the dental wire and remove the Tesla thing.”
In March, Tesla’s shares were down 41.4% per year at the start.
