Technically, the Academy has not yet promised that the cascade design Oscar be handed over during television broadcasting, although the advantages of doing so would help stimulate the audience; Popular films like “John Wick” or “Mission: Impossible” which would not differently gain any appointment could hang a name for this category and potentially attracting in certain viewers who would not have been otherwise interested. My fear is that ABC decides to withdraw the categories of short films from distribution to make room and treat those like scientific and technical prices, which are not televised and are often only briefly mentioned in the main broadcast. But people would suck. I know that the filmmakers behind these shorts are not recognizable and can sometimes trip through their acceptance speeches. I know that the public could be impatient to have an overview of an actor, a director or a film they really care. I know that the blow against shorts is generally that they are very dark and depressing. But it is the biggest evening of the films we are talking about! These nominees deserve to be there. The filmmakers have reached a summit of their profession, and in some respects, they serve as a replacement for the public; By seeing them on the world scene, we imagine what it must be for ordinary people to rub the titans of the industry. It is the realization of Hollywood to its best.

I would personally love to see the Oscars fully kiss a ridiculously long race and make sure that the ceremony feels like an even greater event than it already does. Do not punish other categories simply because there are two new brilliants to come. Use the 2025 ceremony as a model (it was long, but always finished before 11 pm HE! Keep the bits unpleasant out of the show! Clearly make you really like this art form!), First of new trailers during broadcasting, and generally use the platform to excite the public for past, present and future movies.
