HTC recently revealed that he was launching his Venicese creator program around the world. This program finances 3D content creators in a variety of different projects, including interactive accounts, electronic commerce, education and game design. The program aims to solve problems commonly encountered by 3D artists and is currently working with more than 100 creators. Applications for the program are currently open, HTC examining them on a rolling basis.
According to HTC, the Creator program offers discovery, easy publication opportunities and monetization in an environment that is in line with fragmented publication platforms and closed ecosystems. The company pays guaranteed payment funding throughout development and post-launch, and engagement bonuses after the launch on a case-by-case basis.
Michael Morran, the director of the community of developers of Viverse, told Gamesbeat in an interview: “For the Venicese creator program, we are looking for developers with history, 3D narration, 3D / art modeling, immersive education and brand marketing. Applicants are not held from webxr or gami experience in the whole world.
According to Morran, HTC is looking for a wide variety of content for the newspapers, including solo game experiences, multiplayer titles, XR festival experiences, the development of active ingredients and educational experiences – for the latter, he is responsible for several educators to build within Vivier. The company aims to provide creative experiences on any platform with a web browser.
Morran added: “We aim to make the publication with the public of Viverse using all the tools that the developers are already used (that is to say three.js, playcanvas, unit, etc.). With us and does not require a specific intellectual property purchase.
