Milwaukee judge Hannah Dugan, who was arrested and charged last week to have hidden an illegal immigrant, previously expelled in her jury room in order to protect him from immigration officials, tapped the former general solicitor of Bush, Paul Clemente, to represent it, according to the Law.com.
Clemente, a legal heavyweight on appeal, was an American lawyer from 2005 to 2009 and pleaded more than 100 cases before the United States Supreme Court.
He appeared on the short list of candidates of the Supreme Court of President Donald Trump in his first mandate and provided independent legal advice at the request of the Ministry of Justice to reject the corruption case against the mayor of New York, Eric Adams. Clement recommended that the case be rejected with prejudices, which means that the accusations could not be refined.

Dugan demanded that the police go to the office of the chief judge and – after the end of his hearing – escorted Flores -Ruiz and his lawyer for a limited jury door, bypassing the public zone where the agents were waiting to help him avoid arrest, according to the complaint.
