In a hard blow for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), the drummer of the Australia national cricket team of Australia, Travis Head and India National Cricket Team, the pace of the left weapon Jaydev Unadkat is not in the 61st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
The match between Lucknow’s Super Giants and Sunrisers Hyderabad is currently underway at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpaye Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on Monday, May 19.

Travis Head was excluded from the LSG VS SRH IPL 2025 match
Speaking during the pre-match press conference, the head coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad, Daniel Vettori, provided an update concerning the head of the fracture of the striker.
He revealed that the left-handed striker was unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19, and he could not go to India on time for the resumption of the first Indian League 2025. Vettori also revealed that the head would arrive in India on Monday morning.
Travis Head has had a season below the word with the Indian 2025 Premier League bat, because in 11 games, he managed to score only 281 points at an average of 28.10 and a typing rate of 156.11.
He is the third best run-detriment for Sunrisers Hyderabad during the current season, behind Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klaan.
Jaydev Unadkat is on personal leave – Pat Cummins
Speaking during the draw, the SRH skipper, Pat Cummins, said that Travis Head was currently at the Team Hotel. He also revealed that the Star Jaydev Unadkat stimulator would miss the confrontation against LSG while it is on personal leave. He said:
“Travis Head is in his hotel room, so it is missing. We have hard Dubey who plays his first match, and Jaydev Unadkat is on personal leave, so Taide also arrives.”
SRH added Nitish Kumar Reddy, Harsh Dubey and Kamindu Mendis to their game XI, leaving Sachin Baby, Abhinav Manohar and Jaydev Unadkat aside.
We did not play our potential – Pat cummins
Pat Cummins also said that they had not played their full potential in the Indian Premier 2025 and would like to change this in the last games. He said:
“We have not played our potential. Through a few injuries gives us the opportunity to try a few new guys playing their first game. We have the impression that we have unfinished business. The team was courageous, we have a large heap of players but we did not shoot as we would have loved it.”
Meanwhile, the skipper of Lucknow Super Giants, Rishabh Pant, said he wanted his players to give their 100% in the remaining matches to give the team a chance to finish in the top four. He said:
“The only state of mind that we are looking for as a team is to play a match at a time and give our 100%. I think as a team that we have gathered very well. We are in a good team space. The only change is that Will O’Rourke will make his IPL debut.”
