Tottenham Hotspur rushed into his triumph of the Europa League – and they chose to celebrate it with a brilliant excavation, not so subtle to Manchester United.
As part of their new line of winners from the Europa League, the Spurs have recovered one of the most emblematic jibes in football: “The guys are Tottenham”.
The famous sentence Attributed to the former manager of United Sir Alex Fergusonwould have been said in the locker room to motivate his team before matches against the Spurs. It has become a shorte -haired for the perceived fragility of Tottenham during a drought of 17 -year -old trophy – so far.
After defeating Manchester United four times last season, especially in the Europa League final, the Spurs returned the story hilariously.
The new collection presents a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and a matching t-shirt, both designed with a minimalist aesthetic and the phrase “guys is Tottenham” subtly sewn or printed in white.
In a delicious touch, some United Fans had pre -printed their own slogan versions before the final, expecting a routine victory. Instead, it is Tottenham – now European champions and trophies for the first time in 18 years – who have the last laugh.
