Passed from the Super Bowl winner: how many times have the Eagles won?
The Eagles aim to win the Super Bowl for the second time in eight years, after having prevailed at the Super Bowl LII in February 2018.
This remains their only title, although they made their fourth appearance at the Super Bowl when they lost against Kansas in 2023.
Last winner of the Super Bowl: Who are the holders?
In addition to a shooting in revenge, Philadelphia can spoil the Kansas attempt to make the story by becoming the first team to win three consecutive games from the Super Bowl.
Before the Super Bowl era, the Packers won the final NFL championship in 1965 and these two Super Bowl games in 1966 and 1967.
Green Bay also won the NFL championship three years in a row between 1929 and 1931.
