A kansas man who was falsely accused of being among the shooters who opened fire during a rally celebrating the victory of the Kansas City Super Bowl last year, said his lawyer.
Denton Loudermill Jr., from Olathe, was briefly handcuffed but was never charged in the chaos that followed the deadly shooting. He subsequently brought prosecution against three senators from the Missouri Republican State and a member of the Tennessee Congress who shared publications on social networks that falsely involved.
These cases have all been rejected, largely on jurisdictional issues.
Lawyer Laronna Lassiter Saunders confirmed the death of Loudermill in a press release, but gave no details on the circumstances. Loudermill was 49 years.
“More details will be provided in time, but for the moment, we ask you to honor the family’s need for intimacy as they come together to cry this huge loss,” she wrote.
On February 14, 2024, drawing outside the Union station in Kansas City, Missouri, killed a well -known and injured DJ more than 20 others, including many children.
Loudermill’s prosecution said he frozen when the shots broke out, standing in the middle of chaos so long that the police had set up a crime stage cassette when he finally started to move away. While trying to leave, the police arrested him and told him that he was moving “too slow”. They handcuffed it and put it on a sidewalk, where people started taking photos and publishing them on social networks, the proceedings said.
Loudermill was finally led and said he was free to leave. But soon messages began to appear on X which included a photo of Loudermill, a car washing employee who was born and grew up in the United States, the messages described him as “illegal extraterrestrial” and “shooter”, even if he had no involvement, said the proceedings.

Three men were finally accused of murder, and several other people faced other charges arising from shots, which, according to the authorities, came from a dispute between two groups of people.
Lassiter Saunders said she would continue to fight to clear the name of Loudermill.
“While the family takes this time to cry, we want to clearly indicate that it’s not over. Mr. Loudermill should not have spent his last overwhelmed days of stress and chasing a lie which has become viral because of the insufficient and heartless actions of a member of the Congress, the Senators of the Missouri and the influencers of the social media, who could not be taken care to verify the truth before destroying the life of a man.
“If you thought we were determined before, you haven’t seen anything yet!” She concluded.
