On Tuesday, my group took a quick drive southeast, visiting a small farm where they raise two large pigs along the way. It was a cold but pleasant day, and a hot soup for lunch was welcome afterwards.
I just grabbed the top of slutty Petunia. His companion Harold was eager for lunch and so was busy taking a large metal feeder into his mouth and banging it against the fence. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo of this.
Yesterday was one of my tough rides, up to the Hellyer Velodrome on the Coyote Creek Trail then back home, for just under 3 hours of riding. I cruised at a brisk pace for almost the first two hours, then did intervals and a bike workout on the way back. I was really tired after returning home, pleasantly so for the most part.
Outside the Hellyer VelodromeA beautiful day at Hellyer Park
