Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim was happy to see his side come from behind to beat Southampton at Old Trafford.
A Manuel Ugarte own goal saw the hosts trail until the final 10 minutes, before some magic from Amad Diallo saved the Red Devils.
The 22-year-old scored a hat-trick inside 10 minutes, completing the comeback and propelling the team to 12th in the Premier League table.
And although Amorim was relieved and satisfied with the result, he couldn’t help but diminish the disjointed nature of his players throughout the match.
He said: “In the end, it’s good. A very difficult match, a game of two halves. They did a very good job at Southampton. Create space between lines.
“Number 20 [Kamaldeen Sulemana] with plenty of space. We had a lot of difficulty stopping this player. When they lose their physicality, we find the space to use. The feeling is that we have so much to do – the team is really tired.
“It seems like a lack of enthusiasm. Ugarte is late and Mainoo is late, Bruno Fernandes comes out when the ball is inside.

“A transition and Yoro can’t catch the guy – little things push the team behind, and then we get nervous.
“Today it wasn’t a lack of enthusiasm, it was a lack of control in the game.
“It was a win, it was good – let’s keep going.”
Amorim stopped to congratulate Diallo, who dug the former Sporting boss out of a hole.
He added: “Even in the first half, whenever Amad gets the ball, he can push it.
“He pushes the other team into the final third – that’s really important. We didn’t have a good match, but right now winning is the most important thing.
The man himself was delighted to have won his match ball and even went as far as to suggest that United can win every game in the future.
Diallo said: “I feel good. I’m so happy to score my first hat-trick at Old Trafford. But for me the most important thing was to win this match and I am happy for the club that we were able to win it.
“I’m so happy for the goal against Liverpool and also today. But the most important thing was to win and I’m happy about that.
“I think the team believed until the end. Today we showed that we are the best team on the pitch. We were going to win this game and we finally did.
“It’s important to win. This gives us confidence for the next match. We have to continue like this and play like this. I believe in this team. We can win every game. We showed at the end that we were very good.
