The website of services to American citizenship and immigration services no longer accept the forms necessary to sponsor migrants as part of the Biden administrational release program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans (CHNV).
The 2023 program, which allowed certain migrants to request entry to the United States and stay up to two years, was closed on President Donald Trump’s first day.
In August 2024, nearly 530,000 people obtained conditional release as part of the program, according to customs and the protection of American border (CBP).

The requirements included a supporter based in the United States, pass the security check and meet other criteria.
The form “online requests to be a supporter and a declaration of financial support”, an avenue to meet one of the main requirements, was filed on the website, from Wednesday evening.
The Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) recently removed accelerated withdrawal restrictions and permitted immigration and customs application (ICE) to examine the conditional liberation status of migrants – which may include modifying it.

A note obtained by FOX News Digital NOTED LIBORDITION is a “positive exercise in the discretion of application to which no foreigner is entitled” and that it should “not be considered as an admission from the foreigner”, according to previous reports.
Although the Biden administration said that the program would expand legal paths to citizenship and reduced illegal border crossings, the Republicans argued that it was an abuse of limited conditional liberation power.

Before Trump’s re -election, the program was temporarily interrupted in the midst of fraud complaints.
An internal examination was ordered, leading to the DHS adding Improved verification measures For supporters based in the United States in August 2024.
ICE and CBP officials were responsible for complying a list of instructions, policies and procedures related to parole, to examine them and to create a plan to eliminate those who do not agree with the law.
