First title victory for the Premier League in history
Liverpool continues his own record, after sealing first place with seven games to lose during the 2019/20 campaign under the Slot predecessor, Jurgen Klopp.
They finished 18 points above Manchester City, second and 33, away from Manchester United, third, with their only loss in the league before winning the upcoming title in Watford on February 29.

Manchester United, 2000/01: Sheringham Stars

Manchester City, 2017/18: Guardiola Glory
City had finished third and 15 points behind the Chelsea champions in their first season under Pep Guardiola, but their second season under Spanish saw them becoming the first team since United in 2001 to win the title with five games to lose, out of sight on April 15.
A 1-0 victory for West Bromwich Albion to Old Trafford handed over the honors to City, which scored 106 goals, had a difference in goals of 79 and finished 19 points over their fiercest rivals. City had the tiny consolation to delay United Celebrations with a 3-2 return victory at the Etihad stadium on April 7.
Man United 1907/08: First title of the Red Devils

Everton 1984/85: interior and European silverware
After losing 4-3 at home against Chelsea on December 22 in the context of a victory for a five-game victory, Everton won 16 and attracted two of his next 18 championship games to prevail with five remaining games in 1985, with their decisive home victory 2-0 against Queen’s Park Rangers in part of the sequence of five clean sheets.
Graeme Sharp obtained a better score with 27 goals all the competitions while the Toffees finished 13 points above Liverpool and Tottenham, third to win the League for the first time in 15 years. Man United, 2012/13: Sir Alex’s Swans
United won the title exactly the same day in 2013, the winner of the Premier League Golden Boot Robin Van Persie marking a spectacular goal in a 3-0 home victory against Aston Villa in the last season of Ferguson.
Ferguson’s latest match was a 5-5 draw in West Brom while United won the League for the 13th time under the Scottish, beating the city second of 11 points and winning five more games than the Cityzens. They have not yet made a credible title challenge since.
Arsenal, 2003/04: The invincible
In addition to giving Arsenal the distinction of being the only team to have gone through an undefeated Premier League season, the 2003/04 season was particularly memorable for the players of Arsene Wenger because they won the title with a 2-2 draw at the Rivaux Arch-Rivals Tottenham with four games to lose on April 25.
The top scorer of all time Arsenal, Thierry Henry, scored 39 of his 228 goals for the club this season, sent them 11 points away from Chelsea in the final classification as part of a campaign containing nine consecutive victories between January 10 and March 28.

Chelsea 2004/05: Mourinho the master
Chelsea with huge expenses always seemed to be likely to win the League in the newcomer of the bold premier League Jose Mourinho First season at the helm, although a Mourinho midfielder inherited – the top scorer Frank Lampard – sealed the title with three games to play by scoring the two goals in a 2-0 victory at Bolton Wanderers.
Their only defeat in the league came to a goal of future blues to sign Nicolas Anelka in City in October, Arsenal dragging 12 points in their wake after the last day.
Chelsea 2014/15: the last title of Mourinho

They finished eight points above City before undergoing a remarkably fast collapse, with Mourinho dismissed in December after supervised nine defeats in 16 games in early 2015/16, leaving his team to a point above the relegation zone.

Liverpool 1982/83: Farewell de Paisley
The victories were valid in England in 1981, and Liverpool looked on the right track to win the title surprisingly at the start of the last season of Bob Paisley when they moved to 16 points from Watford, second, after their 35th match of a 42 game calendar.
Chief Ian Rush did not succeed in scoring because Liverpool won none of his remaining seven games, but the 1-1 draw from Manchester United to Norwich City on April 30 meant that Paisley players were champions with three games to lose, ultimately recording a difference in goals at least 32 more than anyone.
When can Liverpool win the title?
The closest rivals, Arsenal, could be in Liverpool on the oldest side of the date niche could win the title. Arsenal Visit Everton on April 5, when Liverpool is in Fulham.
This scenario, however, would require a capitulation of Arsenal, with the home victory in Tottenham on April 26, a more realistic date when Liverpool could lift the trophy.
Assuming that the remaining results at the top of this season are not impeccable from Liverpool’s point of view, they could also be confirmed in Chelsea on May 3 or at home in Arsenal on May 10.

Premier League title race: Arne slot trophies
Slot succeeded the former manager of the Netherlands, Dick Advocaat, in the former Feyenoord club before the start of the 2021/22 season, leading them to the third in the elite and the inaugural final of the conference League.
