We were lucky to have a good weather since our last series of rain storms. It was cool but clear and sunny. These are delicious conditions for riding. On Tuesday mischievous my group went to the southwest of Morgan, Up Day Road, then until the end of Redwood Retreat Road, and above the hill on Sycamore Road on the way back. Super stroll, but I forgot to load one of my batteries. So I had to breastfeed my unique battery, using it mainly to follow the group on the climbs. On apartments and descents, it was only the power of the legs. It was a quick challenge for me but always pleasant. Normally, Tuesday is considered an easy driving for me, but I have reclassified it as a hard day!
I had three days of driving easier after that on Thursday, also being a strength training. Then, I went to 2:45 am on Saturday, with intervals and sprints thrown at the end. I was tired afterwards but I recovered well. I can get away with two hard rides and two high body strength training per week and bounce again. Yesterday was an easy 75 -minute recovery journey, very relaxing. I intend to continue to take advantage of this until the rains come back, which seems to be in early March.
