Sharing my best health and well-being choices in the Spring Amazon Sale.
Spring is in Aiiirrrr and this week, I feel all the motivation to bring my life together. 😉 I want to empty cabinets and cupboards, purge and clean spring. I also feel like I want to reorganize certain things in the house and recover our gymnasium at home. It’s chaos here for a long time and now that the pilot is retired, I have great hopes that we can do things in the house.
I am super excited because Amazon’s spring sale is this weekAnd they have so many good deals on the essential elements of health and well-being. I sorted the sale and wanted to share it in today’s post if you have training goals in the spring, whether you are looking for a little treat or if you want to make healthy changes in your household.

Shoes, clothing and accessories:
Barefoot shoes for women. I usually wear vivobarefoot but I saw so many people examine and you cannot beat the price! I ordered a pair to try.
Also an incredible price on these hiking / water shoes. I love the functional hiking shoes that I can wet if necessary.
Women’s joggers – Perfect for training, travel or low impact life.
This lulu aligns the dupe tank. I have so many colors and I also like to buy them for liv.
Classic racing shorts that are not * too * short.
Grippy socks for bar or pilates lessons.
These biker shorts have incredible criticism.

For him:
This bottle of electric shaker is so cool!
Fitness equipment / equipment:
Resistance band loops. I love these for home training.
Always use my peloton bike and I’m so happy that we have it for cardio at home.
If you don’t have a TRX, it is an incredible tool for total body training.
If you wanted to add rebound to your routine, check this.
A walking cushion is the same way that I am able to achieve my goals every day.

We love our air doctors and they are on sale !! Start with one, keep it in the area in which you are most often (you can also ride it in your room on the right while you sleep) and add units over time.
