Manchester United’s head coach, Ruben Amorim, late provided some details to explain why Marcus Rashford was frozen at Old Trafford, saying that he could not convince the 27-year-old to buy his favorite style of play .
Rashford scored 81 seconds after Amorim’s beginnings in the United Pirogue and finally collected three goals in six appearances before being abandoned for the Manchester derby in mid-December.
Amorim has never given Rashford another minute of football from the first team and only included it in a later match team before sanctioning their loan out of Aston Villa.
The reasoning of this continuous exile has always been vague, Amorim even admitting that the team would benefit from a player who boasted of the qualities of Rashford during their current difficulties. The Portuguese boss has developed the problems he had with the English international this week.
“I could not bring Marcus to see how you are supposed to play football and train the way I see him,” Amorim told the assembled media.
“Sometimes you have a player who is really good with a coach, and the same player with another coach is different. I want the best in Rashford and [Villa manager] Unai Emery, and they can connect because he is a very good player. “”
During his first interview as Aston Villa player, Rashford praised Emery as “a high -level director”, adding: “What he did to the club since he came to Villa is incredible.”
The left natural winger previously noted how he should “adapt” to Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 system-which deploys two No10 rather than an attacker in the Rashford mold-and highlighted the favorable tactics from villa during its unveiling. “I had to choose a place where I think my football style is suitable,” he said, “and can help them and help me rediscover and improve myself as a player.”
Amorim explained that Rashford had not explicitly expressed his concerns with his style of play, but stressed: “This is something you feel as a coach and as a player. It’s completely normal .
“The important thing is that I am here by saying that it was my decision, like ty [Malacia] And Antony was my decision to make these loans and keep some players even without transfers. “”
