While fears of job losses focused on AI are looming, a recently viral Reddit article, sharing the story of a class 10 Indian student – has been referred as “musk” – who has taken advantage of a web manufacturer propelled by AI to create and sell websites. According to the post, “Musk” has built and sold eight websites in just two months, charging around $ 250 to 300 per site. His total income? More than 1.5 Lakh, while spending only 2,500 ₹ on the AI tool.
The Redditor, who claims to be the founder of the AI platform, who first noticed the activity of “Musk” by the analysis of users, was surprised by his business spirit. “He used our platform almost daily, bought credits and built websites for small businesses. I became curious and I checked his profile-he turns, it’s just a student!”
What is more striking is that “musk” is not a programmer. “He is not a coder, just someone creative and curious,” noted the founder. Instead of seeing AI as a job killer, “Musk” used it as a tool to generate income by reaching out to local businesses, Reddit communities and social platforms.
While automation transforms industries, the story of “musk” underlines how AI can empower individuals who are ready to adapt.
“Despite all the fear around AI, stories like this one prove that humans will always find a means. Especially in India, where Hustle and Jugaad (innovation by improvisation) are part of who we are,” said the founder of the AI platform.
