Hi friends! How are you and how is the week going? It was great here. I did cardio after my strength training to follow. And that’s exactly why I need a good meal when I get home.
For today’s post, I wanted to share quick and easy recipes that would be perfect for a fast weekday dinner or a lazy Sunday. I returned to prepare quick meals on Sunday and it was a pleasure to eat something at home that did not take a few hours to do.
I gathered 9 quick and easy dinner recipes * (I just thrown meals!) Perfect for these comfortable Sunday evenings when you prefer to relax only to cook a storm. For us, the rest of the week is just as fast here … But I had a suitable way for humans (alias Google).

Sunday lazy dinner ideas
Alfredo chicken pasta
Creamy, comforting and so delicious, this chicken chicken with chicken is a favorite of the family who meets in no time.
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Place the meat beef stew, minced potatoes, carrots and onion in the slow cooker.

- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped garlic until it is fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start bursting.
- Add pasta and enough water to cover. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the fresh basil and grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I will usually make it an accompaniment dish with roasted chicken or sautéed shrimp.
Honey garlic salmon
This honey garlic salmon is super healthy and tasty.

- Preheat the oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).

- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
- Add the arborio rice and cook until it is translucent.
- Deglaze the white wine pan, then gradually add chicken or vegetable broth, stirring constantly until the rice is cooked and creamy.
- Incorporate the grated parmesan, butter and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Quinoa salad full of vegetables
Keep it light and refreshing with this quinoa salad full of vegetables which is perfect for Sunday lazy evenings.
Ingredients:
- Quinoa
- Mixed vegetables (such as peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and avocado)
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs (like parsley and mint)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the quinoa depending on the packaging instructions and let cool.
- Chop the mixed vegetables and mix with quinoa cooked in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then add chopped fresh herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix to combine. Protein bonus: garnish with chicken or roasted shrimps.
Ziti cooked in the easy oven
This is a family pleasure and such a large recipe for comforting food.
Ingredients:
- Ziti pasta
- Marinara sauce
- Cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the Ziti pasta depending on the packaging instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, grated mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan.
- Transfer the mixture to a cooking dish and garnish with additional mozzarella and parmesan
- Cook for 30 minutes at 350 covers until the cheese is melted. You can also grill the cheese on top for a few minutes. Serve with sautéed spinach and crisp bread.
