The former NASA astronaut, Jose Hernandez, joins “America’s Newsroom” to discuss the last mission calendar to make astronauts on earth after nine months on board the ISS.
President Donald Trump provided an update on NASA blocked astronauts who are preparing for the ground in an article on social networks on Monday.
In a social article of Trump, Trump said that he had recently given Janet Petro, the acting administrator of NASA, who coordinates the return of astronauts from NASA Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams.
“She coordinates our team of highly respected scientists, space engineers and various other” geniuses “, who agreed to let our astronauts return home before the period of two weeks approved by NASA,” wrote Trump.
“Janet was great. She said,” Let’s report them home now, sir! ” – And I thanked her.”

The president also swept away his predecessor, former president Joe Biden, and accused him of having “forgotten” Wilmore and Williams. Trump also talked about Elon Musk and the involvement of Space X in the return mission.
“It started when I asked Elon Musk to go up and get abandoned astronauts because the Biden administration was unable to do so,” said Trump. “They shamefully forgot the astronauts, because they considered it a very embarrassing event for them – another thing that I inherited from this faulty group of incompetent.”
“Elon and I undertook the project, sending the Dragon Spacex, which managed to dock and, hopefully, although there is always a danger involved in such a mission, they will soon be on the way back-take off tomorrow and land on Wednesday,” he continued.

Trump has also added that managers will publish more information on the return of astronauts in the coming days.
“Security still comes first, and maximum standards are respected. But after eight long months for a mission that was to be eight days, it is time,” he concluded. “I can’t wait to see Butch and Suni, and thank you again to NASA and Janet Petro!”
Williams and Wilmore have been blocked at the International Space Station (ISS) since June of last year. By predicting at the origin of being in space that for a week, they patiently waited for a return to earth after the problems forced NASA to bring Boeing Starliner Empty return last summer.

Splashdown for the long -awaited return of Williams and Wilmore is scheduled for Tuesday at 5:57 p.m., if everything goes as planned.
