British and German governments have updated their advice to travelers seeking to enter the United States with new warnings on the risk of arrest or detention.
Updates occur after recent reports of British and German nationals are held at the border in the midst of an immigration repression of the administration of US President Donald Trump.
The page of travel advice in the United Kingdom On the British Foreign Office website is currently warning travelers to “comply with any entry, visa and other entry conditions”.
“The authorities of the American whole and strictly apply the entry rules.
The archived versions of the same website showed that in early February, the directives only said: “The authorities of the American whole and apply the entry rules.”

The page does not say when it is the last update. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not immediately respond to a request for more information.
