Excellent mac accessories

The funny part of an office computer is that you can equip it with all your favorite accessories, and there are many excellent options. Here are some recommendations and you can find more in our best MacBook accessory guide.
Satechi Mac Mini M4 HUB for $ 130: The latest Mac Mini (8/10, Wired recommends) is an excellent compact office PC. However, Apple made a dubious decision by moving the supply button from the back of the device down, which means that you must recover it whenever you want to activate or extinguish it. The Satechi hub solves this problem – with a dedicated to the rear opening which facilitates access to the button without having to lift it. It also comes with additional ports. You will get three USB-A ports (up to 10 Gbps) and an integrated SD card reader. The improved SSD also comes with a support for up to 4 NVME storage to storage.
Apple studio display for $ 1,499: The studio display (9/10, Wired recommends) is expensive, but the 27 -inch screen is a great companion for the Mac Mini or Mac Studio. It has an incredibly clear 5K resolution screen, a 12-megapixel camera, as well as microphones and integrated speakers. For an additional cost, you can also go to the model with nano-texture glass.
Complete HD monitor Asus 24 inch for $ 104: If you are looking for a cheaper monitor, this asus has a net resolution of 1080 pixels (the colors may seem slightly sunsaturated, but you can modify this via the display settings). It also comes with an inclined adjustment support and supports the Vesa assembly standard if you want to use an arm support.

Satechi M1 Mouse for $ 30: It’s currently my favorite mouse – I used it with the MacBook Pro (2024). The ergonomic design is comfortable against my palm, the buttons are super responsive and the scrolling wheel is smooth. It also has a type C port at the front, so you can always use it while it loads.
Apple Magic keyboard with ID Touch for $ 179: It is difficult to beat Apple’s accessories. The magic keyboard (with USB-C) comes with the same function lines that you will find on a MacBook of the M series, including the reading buttons, a dedicated key not to disturb and a mission control key. It also comes with Touch ID, so you don’t have to type your password each time to connect.
Apple Magic Trackpad 2 for $ 130: If you are already used to using a trackpad on a laptop, you can recreate it with your desk using the Magic Trackpad 2. It has the same strength and multi-touch gestures, so it will look like the MacBook exactly. It also goes automatically with your machine. The battery lasts about a month and you can recharge it via a USB-C to USB-C cable.
Grovemade woolen felt pad for $ 70: An office carpet is not necessary for your workspace, but it adds a nice decorative touch. That of Grovemade is an excellent option. It is elegant and easy to clean (I easily wiped coffee spills). It is also available in fun colors such as light green, blue and dark orange.
