A CEO of California faces an accusation of federal assault after surveillance images show him a man to dance barefoot on a cruise boat Virgin Voyages.

“Mr. Degiorgio responded to the actions of an individual who harassed his wife, making her feel threatened and intimidated,” the spokesman said in a statement on Thursday.
“Although responsible for a simple crime, Mr. Degiorgio is looking forward to relaxing any act,” they added.
Degiorgio is accused of aggression in the maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States. If he is found guilty, he risks up to a year in prison.
