A man accused of bombing of a Tesla dealer in Colorado faces federal accusations, said Prosecutor General Pam Bondi on Monday.
Cooper Jo Fredrick, 24, was arrested in Plano, Texas, suspected of having attacked a Tesla dealer on March 7 in Loveland, Colorado, said Bondi.
“Whether it is a warning. You can run, but you can’t hide,” Bondi said in a video message. “Justice is coming.”

Frederick, a resident of Fort Collins, in Colorado, would have ignited an incendiary device and launched it from the dealership, shortly missing several parked vehicles. The aircraft landed between two cars and created a fire, the Loveland police said.
Several people inside the concessionaire who cleaned the building were present at the time, police said. However, a quick officer on the scene turned off the flames and no one was injured.
The building and several vehicles have also been damaged by rocks, police said.

“I said clearly (that) if you participate in the wave of domestic terrorism against the properties of Tesla, we will find you, stop and put you behind bars,” said Bondi. “All of these cases are a serious threat to public security. There will be no negotiation.”
Frederick was arrested a week after the attack. Federal prosecutors are looking for 20 years in prison, said Bondi.
In addition to the federal accusations against him, Frederick also faces local charges, including a second degree criminal fire and possession of explosives or incendiary devices.
He is one of the many suspects in charge of attacks on Tesla dealers and factories in recent weeks. The attacks seemed to focus on the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, and its role with the Ministry of Effectiveness of the Trump Administration Government (DOGE).
Lucy Grace Nelson, 42, also known as Justin Thomas Nelson, is also faced with accusations linked to a separate incident on February 27 at the same Loveland dealer.
