What do the training sessions look like?
Expert coach Kelsey Heenan designed it to get stronger training sessions to help you tone your whole body thanks to a series of evolving coaches based on targeted resistance you can do in the comfort of the house. Everything you need is a set of dumbbells. If you want to add a little additional comfort, you can add a carpet and a towel.
Here is a quick ventilation of the training sessions you can expect:
- High body: Build the strength and definition of the upper body with targeted resistance exercises that defy your shoulders, your arms, chest and back. This session focuses on controlled and progressive overload to improve muscle endurance and sculpt a powerful high body.
- Bas-body: Develop resistance, stability and lower power with the compound movements that target your glutes, quads, ischio-legs and calves. Expect a mixture of functional exercises based on force designed to improve endurance and build a lean mass.
- Total body 1: Combine the upper and lower resistance movements to maximize muscle activation and overall endurance. This training questions your strength, coordination and stability while ensuring balanced muscle development.
- Total body 2: Take your total body training at the upper level with progressive overload techniques that improve strength, agility and muscle endurance. This session incorporates dynamic movement models to improve functional physical form and global power.
- ABS: Strengthen and define your nucleus with a targeted mixture of exercises based on resistance and stability designed to build the endurance and the commitment of the deep nucleus. This training improves posture, improves sports performance and helps create a strong and carved median section.
