The hospital was the last north to operate, he said.
The Israeli army announced on Saturday the launch of “Operation Gideon’s Chariot”, in the middle of the deadliest wave of Gaza strikes for months.
Hamas proposed to release nine hostages in exchange for a 60 -day truce and the release of Palestinian prisoners, a Palestinian official at the BBC told new negotiations on Saturday.
The Ministry of Health said on Sunday: “After the destruction of Beit Hanoun hospital and Kamal Adwan hospital, and the Indonesian hospital put out of service, all public hospitals in the North of the Gaza Strip are now out of service.”
