A man from Florida was arrested for allegedly pulled the pregnant cow several times after wandering over his property, making his threat to shoot the animals that have entered, according to the deputies.
Hung Trinh, 54, was accused of cruelty to animals and a large flight of a commercial farm animal after having allegedly killed the two -year cow five times in his intestine, his chest and his rear leg, wrote the Sheriff’s Bureau of Lee on social networks.
The deputies were called in a house in the North Fort Myers on May 13 and found the animal living but fighting to stand or walk. The neighbor had pointed out to the sheriff’s office that he had discovered the calf on his neighbor’s property with five ball injuries.

A veterinarian determined that the calf should be euthanized because of his injuries.
The neighbor raises livestock, including the veal that has been shot, for commercial purposes.
Trinh had been upset by cases of cattle on the fence in his courtyard and had threatened to shoot all the animals who entered his property, his neighbor told deputies.

The detectives executed a search warrant and found a .22 caliber pistol in a hangar on the property of Trinh.
“There will be a responsibility to withdraw your frustrations on innocent animals, in this case several crimes and prison sentence,” Sheriff Carmine Marceno said in a statement.

“We know how much these animals mean for our agricultural community, and we will not tolerate these actions. I am proud of my agricultural unit for their immediate response and their ability to arrest in this case,” continued the sheriff.
Trinh was reserved for an obligation of $ 100,000. Its indictment is scheduled for June 16.
