Google’s GEMINI AI obtained an upgrade after upgrading, now being able to manage data analysis in Google Sheets and use your past conversations with its chatbot to light up better answers. One of Google’s latest offers allows Gemini to generate original training during your virtual meetings for a personal touch before going to business.
What are the history of Google Metch AI?
Google Meet allows you to draw from the Gemini to make backgrounds generated by the AI depending on the prompt you feed it. You can enter prompts like a “luxurious lounge interior” or “a magical sun -sun ice cream”, as Google suggests, or you can be creative with suggestions like “a gym full of cakes” or “a coworking space in the Studio Ghibli style”. This AI function is currently available on desktop and Android devices, but has requirements, whether you use it on a computer or smartphone.
How to create an AI experience in Google Meet
This functionality requires either a eligible Google Workspace or Google One AI Premium Subscription, or entering Google early access test called Workspace Labs.
To start on a computer, open meet.google.com And join a meeting by hitting the specific code, or join the link. Before pressing the blue button “Join now”, go to the lower right corner of your self-view and click “Apply the visual effects”, then “generate a background”. You must then provide Gemini with an prompt, which can be as simple as “a comfortable coffee with flowers” as Google suggests, then hit “create samples”. You can select an artistic style to better personalize your background, and Google recommends including specific instructions such as a parameter and objects in your prompt to obtain the best results.
The first attempts of AI background gemini may not be exactly what you are looking for, so you can click on “Create other samples” to update the results. If your initial prompt needs an adjustment, you can modify it by sailing up to the panel on the right, then pressing the “Create other samples” button. Once you have landed on the background generated by the AI you want, just click on it and press the “Close” button on the background window to continue your meeting.
All this can also be done when you are already in a meeting. If you use an Android device for Google Meet, you must open the MEET application and press the “Effects” button at the bottom of your self-checking and access the background tab instead of the “Apply visual effects” button on computers. Make sure you have a compatible smartphone, such as a Samsung Galaxy S9 or more recent or a Google Pixel 3 or more recent, which performs at least Android version 9. For iPhone users, this feature is not currently available.
How to delete your AI background
It should be mentioned that using these backgrounds generated by Google can increase the use of the battery. If you want to preserve the battery life or return to a more basic background, you can reset everything by navigating to the effect panel and clicking on the battery button at the bottom right of your self-vision. After clicking on the battery button, you can choose the effects to be deleted or completely reset your background with the “Delete” button.
