Before the UEFA 2025 female European Championships, Pepsi launched a new global campaign entitled “Refresh the game”, mixing the nostalgia for football with the power of modern stars in a celebration of the evolution of sport.
The one -minute film features the current ambassadors of Pepsi Alexia Potellas, Lauren James, Leah Williamson, Caroline Graham Hansen and Farah Jefry. He also brings back legendary figures Pelé, Ronaldinho and David Beckham to recreate some of the most emblematic advertisements in Pepsi.
“Rafoomes The Game” starts with a press conference scene before the players were transported in memorable moments in the history of Pepsi advertising.
Putellas is the first, joining Pelé in a recreation of the 1974 film “Join the Pepsi generation”. Graham Hansen then appears alongside Ronaldinho in a high energy sequence inspired by the 2005 “surfers” announcement of Pepsi, was radically on the water. James does a surprise cameo in the theme of Wild West 2003 with David Beckham, strongly intercepting his drink as she slides through the bar.
